A choreographed aerobic workout with options given for high and low-impact. This cardio mix is on the lighter side with less impact. Prepare to move for 30 minutes and all you need is your bodyweight, a towel and plenty of water.
Traditional step choreography that may also include a strength or athletic segment, as well as other equipment for a mixed cardio and strength workout.
